As a Christian mother, I believe we are living in the end times. The signs are everywhere—spiritually, physically, and culturally. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to raise my daughter to be strong in body, clear in mind, and anchored in spirit.

Wellness isn’t a trend in my home—it’s preparation. The Bible warns us of trials in the last days, and I want my daughter to be ready.

This is the body cream I make for my daughter. It’s gentle, nourishing, and perfect after bath time.
Ingredients:
½ cup shea butter
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup jojoba oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops chamomile essential oil
Optional: 1 tsp vitamin E oil
Directions:
Melt shea butter and coconut oil in a double boiler.
Remove from heat and stir in jojoba and essential oils.
Let cool slightly, then whip until creamy.
Store in a glass jar and use as needed.
